How to cancel a booking made on www.hotelf1.com?

It's simple!

To cancel on our website a booking made on-line:
1. Find the number of your booking
2. Click on "Manage my reservations" when you get to www.hotelf1.com
3. Enter the number of your booking
4. Cancel your booking
To cancel a booking now, click here

In France, you can also cancel your booking made on-line by calling the express telephone number 08 92 685 685 (€0.34 incl. VAT / min), for a booking in a hotelF1 only in France).

To cancel a booking made directly with a hotel, call the hotel in which you have booked. To find its contact details, search for your hotel using the search engine, choose your hotel and click its name. You can then access the hotel sheet.

Up until what time can I cancel my booking on the Internet?

Before 7.00 pm (local time of the hotel's country), via the Internet or by directly contacting the hotel for the rates that can be cancelled and changed.

How to change a booking after making it on-line?

To change a booking made on-line, you must first cancel it and make a new one.
1. Click on "Manage my reservations" when you get to www.hotelf1.com
2. Enter the number of your booking.
3. Cancel your booking
4. Make a new booking

I have lost my booking number. How can I change or cancel my booking?

Contact directly the hotel in which you have made this booking and specify that you have booked on the Internet.
In future, so as not to lose your booking number:
- Print out the page on which it appears
- If you do not untick the option "Confirmation of booking" selected by default, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirmation with this number. Keep it carefully.
